  • Is your pottery food safe?
    • Yes, all of my ceramics are made from Food/ Microwave/ Oven/ Dishwasher safe clays and glazes. 
  • How do I care for my new ceramic art?
    • Although dishwasher safe,it is recommended to hand wash more delicate pieces to ensure the longevity of your pottery. 
    • Never place cold pottery in a hot oven or hot pottery directly in the refrigerator/freezer. *Thermal shock can cause ceramic works to shatter or crack. Do not use with food if this occurs as it can house bacteria and become unsanitary.

  • Do you sell in person?
    • I do! Check out the news section for any upcoming shows i'm attending. You can also sign up for my news letter to get updates as soon as they come out.
  • How are my items shipped?
    • I'm currently shipping USPS. If you have an account with another carrier you prefer let me know when you place your order and I'll credit back your shipping fees. 
  • Do you ship international?
    • No, at this time I can only ship within the US
  • Can I Return/Cancel my order? 
    • You can cancel your order up to the point of shipping for a full refund. 
    • I do not accept returns, however if the order you received was damaged please take as many pictures of the box and broken pieces and contact me within 7 days of receiving the item. I will work with you to either replace or refund the order.
  • Custom Order Information
    • Most custom orders ship within 4 weeks of purchase, if I expect a longer turn around for whatever reason I will contact you to let you know.
    • I am unable to accept cancellations for custom orders after the production process has started. 
  • Commission Requests
    • Please use the Contact Me form to request specific commissions. Don't forget to provide your preferred contact method for me to get back to you with!
